Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
