Online Order Filling Team Associate

Overview

Online Order Filling Team Associate  role focuses on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, and ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. The associate may make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
