Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Fill online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Locate and prepare merchandise for packing.
• Package items while maintaining merchandise quality.
• Verify order accuracy before pick-up.
• Make product substitutions and consult with customers.
