Overview

Online Order Filling Team Associate s role focuses on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. May substitute products and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply, from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed).

• Fill and dispense online orders; locate, prepare, and package merchandise; ensure order accuracy prior to pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
