Axios Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a distinguished, family-owned luxury clothing store in search of a Senior Sales Associate. Known for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this retailer is seeking an experienced, client-focused individual who thrives in a high-touch, upscale retail environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in retail sales, preferably in men’s fashion, and will play a key role in driving store performance, mentoring fellow associates, and cultivating lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain ongoing communication with management regarding sales performance
• Build and maintain a robust client book through phone, email, mail, and other personalized outreach
• Support store marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotional campaigns

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand’s high standards
• Greet all customers in a warm, timely, and professional manner
• Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations
• Accurately mark garments for custom tailoring and alterations

Store Merchandising & Operations

• Uphold daily store presentation standards through re-merchandising, restocking, and light cleaning
• Participate in markdown execution and assist with in-store displays

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, drive, and passionate about fashion and sales
• 5+ years of retail experience, with a preference for men’s luxury or tailored clothing
• Strong communication and clienteling skills with a proven sales record
• Prior experience in commissioned sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Base + Commission + Team Bonus
• Paid vacation and holidays
• 401K
