Job Title: Sales Representative – Premier Product Lines

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform best‑in‑class sales and service to consumers, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
• Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
• Plan and execute in‑store product training sessions, demonstrations, and demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
• All interactions with peers, customers, and management are conducted professionally.
• Ensure store and product aesthetic through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion.
• Manage inventory levels for product availability, including down‑stocking and participation in merchandising installations.
• Provide direct sales to customers within the retail environment.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor to meet the company's goals of continual improvement.

Job / Employment Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle report screening.
• Valid personal vehicle insurance is required.
• Travel to assigned store locations, meetings, projects, and events; small transport of company property (demo tools, toolkit, supplies) may be required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; full‑time retail‑environment scheduling.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of shift, lift up to 50 lbs., reach overhead, and maneuver small objects.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Self‑motivated, team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Bi‑lingual preferred (basic communication in Spanish).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Non‑Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible)
• Target Annual Salary $50,000 – $54,000 (based on experience and skills)
• Starting hourly rate $24.04 – $25.96, equivalent to the annual target
• Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income (in correlation with business needs)
• Vehicle allowance $400/month ($4,800/year)
