Overview
Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator - Portland, OR. Join CXG, the global leader in customer experience, and work with iconic luxury brands in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or automobiles. As a luxury brand evaluator, you discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback to help brands refine their services. You may visit boutiques, shop online, or evaluate returns, and your observations shape the future of luxury.
Responsibilities- Choose your assignments and align missions with your personal preferences and profile
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online — engage with sales associates in-store or online from home
- Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
- Provide honest feedback via our platform by completing questionnaires
- Flexibility: each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, enabling multiple assignments
- Frequent opportunities to perform several missions per month with prestigious brands
- Compensation for your time and input, with potential reimbursement on purchases
- User-friendly platform for managing missions and feedback

- Non-Purchase Evaluations:
Earn a fee based on mission complexity - Purchase-Based Evaluations:
Reimbursement for approved items as stated in the mission brief
- Register and join the CXG community: sign up, verify, and complete your profile
- Get certified: pass the General Certification to access missions
- Apply for missions and start evaluating
- Share your observations and feedback to influence the luxury market
- Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States)
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
- No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued
