Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef based in Jaipur, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Senior Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in menu execution and food quality. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, enforcing food safety standards, developing new recipes, and ensuring timely delivery of dishes. The candidate will closely collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of cuisine and enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated culinary skills in food preparation, presentation, and quality control
Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and scheduling
Expertise in menu development, recipe creation, and dietary accommodations
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or diploma preferred, with past experience as a Sous Chef or similar
A passion for cooking and innovation in culinary arts
