A summer camp kitchen service provider is looking for an experienced Special Diet Chef / Sous Chef to oversee meal service for campers with dietary restrictions. This hands-on position includes responsibilities for inventory control and the execution of safe food production. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years commercial kitchen experience and possess a strong knowledge of food allergens.
