Temporary Relief Chef ~ MT

Overview

Hotels, Gastro Pubs, Restaurants and Care Homes in Leicester and the surrounding areas are seeking Relief Chefs.

Immediate start, Live In available.

Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties, sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.

We have a number of Care Home contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of year round work available with these.

• Work across a range of hospitality settings (hotels, pubs, restaurants, care homes) as a Relief Chef.
• Adapt to different kitchen environments and sections, from Chef de Partie up to Head Chef level as required.
• Maintain high standards of cooking with fresh produce in fast-paced kitchens.

• Experience at least at Sous Chef level with excellent all-round cooking skills and the ability to jump on any section.
• DBS checks or willingness to obtain one; DBS checks are in high demand for care home roles.
• Own transport is not essential but advantageous.
