• Bachelor s Degree in a related field of study required; experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
• 3-5 years of experience in an academic or laboratory research setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and identify problems with solutions
• Strong database management and overall computer skills

• Experience overseeing the work of others
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with advanced experimental procedures and research methodologies
