One of our client is seeking experienced Scientific Research Evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in collaboration with an advanced AI research initiative. This role focuses on reviewing and assessing AI-generated research reports covering experimental data, statistical analyses, comparative research findings, chemical compound properties, and environmental measurements. You will ensure scientific rigor, methodological soundness, and analytical accuracy across research-focused outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI-generated scientific research reports for factual accuracy, logical consistency, and clarity.
- Assess experimental designs, statistical analyses, and hypothesis testing for correctness and reliability.
- Review interpretations of laboratory datasets, controlled study results, and measurement standards.
- Verify chemical compound properties, material data, and physical measurements using reputable academic sources.
- Examine environmental measurements and field data where applicable.
- Compare findings across multiple studies to evaluate methodological strength and research validity.
- Identify inconsistencies in data reporting, statistical reasoning, and scientific conclusions.
- Work independently to complete evaluations within assigned deadlines while maintaining high precision.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in laboratory research, scientific analysis, or applied research roles.
- Experience working with experimental datasets, laboratory measurements, or controlled study results.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with chemical properties, material standards, or physical measurement systems.
- Experience interpreting environmental or field data where relevant.
- Ability to source and validate scientific tables, datasets, and peer-reviewed research from credible academic references.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related scientific discipline.
Part-time engagement (20–40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.
Competitive hourly rate based on expertise and experience.
Contract and Payment TermsThis position is offered as an independent contractor role.
Work is fully remote and can be completed on your own schedule.
Project duration may vary depending on business needs and performance.
Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
