Educational Requirements:- Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior undergraduate student
- Pursuing a BA/BS in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related fields
- Graduate students are also eligible to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4 preferred
- Support standard laboratory activities including media preparation and sterilization
- Perform microbiology and molecular biology techniques under supervision
- Independently conduct experiments and present findings to the R&D team
- Analyze experimental data and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
- Participate in training sessions and follow laboratory safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within IFF
- Contribute to real‑world food innovation and bioscience projects
- Basic laboratory skills in microbiology or virology
- Knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR and gel electrophoresis
- Experience with microbial culture techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
