Market Research Project Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage market research projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality insights and client satisfaction. You will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with both internal teams and external clients to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes project ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, with responsibility for overseeing survey quality, data collection, reporting, and project metrics.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through research processes while ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain exposure to a variety of market research methodologies and collaborate with a globally distributed team.

Accountabilities

Own and deliver low to mid-complexity market research projects, typically ranging from 24 hours to one month in duration.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and expert advice where appropriate.
Ensure all project tasks are completed accurately and on time, including survey testing, sampling, reporting, and quality control.
Monitor key project performance metrics such as profitability, timelines, and quality standards.
Proactively troubleshoot challenges, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
Collaborate effectively within client-facing project teams and ensure surveys adhere to current market research methodologies.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience managing multiple market research projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
Proficiency with technology and project management tools relevant to market research.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to change in a high-pressure environment.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex market research methodologies and terminology.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative team player.
Comfortable working India time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST / 10:30 PM–6:30 AM IST).
