- Manage all stages of the market research project cycle, including:
- Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides
- Overseeing data collection and quality control
- Identifying and writing analytical findings
- Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative findings
- Creating reports and elevating deliverables
- Working with marketing research software
- Proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships
- Mentor and manage junior researchers on project execution and client management
- Plan and execute both strategic and tactical project timelines with organizational rigor
- Be an active, collaborative team member who cares about the company, strategy and market reputation
- University or College degree
- Experience as a Senior Researcher or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on market research experience, preferably with a supplier role
- Background considerations include:
Supplier side Consumer Health or Pharma research; CPG / QSR / Retail;
Experiential/Sponsorship - Experience with end-to-end market research, including design of questionnaires, analysis, visualization and reporting
- Experience mentoring and managing junior researchers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Analytical, logical reasoning, numerical and problem-solving orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication; client service and presentation skills
- Ability to unlock insights from qualitative and quantitative data and create compelling reports
- Creative data visualization and reporting skills
- Experience with online market research methodologies and technology platforms
