What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy aligned with business goals and product objectives
Conduct various research methods to gather insights, including user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):

6+ years of experience in user experience research with a strong track record of informing successful product designs
Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Proficiency in research tools and software, including survey platforms and data analysis software
Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Leadership experience, including mentoring less‑experienced researchers
Experience working with financial products
