• Attend intake meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and research questions
• Develop research briefs outlining research objectives and methodology
• Create online questionnaires for quantitative research and discussion guides for qualitative research
• Analyze results of online surveys using Qualtrics, Excel, or R, and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage execution of qualitative research, including scheduling and execution of surveys

• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related areas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or data analysis
• Proficiency with Qualtrics, survey design, and management of the survey fielding process
• Strong skills in data visualization and presentation development
• Ability to present research findings to internal stakeholders

• Experience with NLP and sentiment analysis to enhance insights from survey work
• Familiarity with Google Slides or PowerPoint for report development
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of trends in education and technology sectors
