Data Research & Entry Specialist
REMOTE DATA RESEARCH & ENTRY SPECIALIST (Contractor 1-Year, 20 to 30 hrs/week, Not an Internship)
Ottawa or Toronto, Canada | Remote

WHAT WE NEEDWe are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 20-30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product.
As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:
- Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases;
- Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban;
- Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product;
- Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
- Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities;
- Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
- A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information;
- Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development;
- Organized and resourceful with strong research skills and the ability to work from home, and a positive attitude;
- Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment;
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.
- Flexible hours of approximately 20-30 hours per week at $20/hr.;
