• Support and implement a wide range of technology, research and development, and programmatic tasks
• Manage grants, cooperative agreements, acquisitions, and award management, including coordination of review processes
• Coordinate meetings and share data among program members and the data analytics team
• Analyze and draw meaningful connections to inform business analysis decisions and improve processes
• Demonstrate proficiency with project management tools, scheduling tools, and data analytic processes

• Minimum of 5 years of research and development expertise in grants management and project management
• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective communication channels
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Master’s or PhD degree in a related field
• Experience working in the innovation ecosystem or familiarity with a federal government funding research agency
• Familiarity with NSF's partnerships landscape study
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated technical and analytical skills in managing research projects and data analysis
