Q&A Associate Researcher – Part Time

We’re partnering with a leading game developer company to support a dynamic team dedicated to understanding player experiences through data and research. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming, user research, and data analysis. The role is remote out of region and offers a flexible part-time schedule, making it suitable for those seeking project-based work over an extended period.

• Collaborate with research teams to plan and execute research studies, including scheduling and participant recruitment.
• Assist in designing and setting up survey tools and test materials for playtests.
• Moderate playtests, observe players, and document insights that inform development.
• Support the compilation and analysis of research data into clear reports.
• Facilitate group discussions and assist with post-session evaluations to gather actionable feedback.

• At least six months of experience in user research or group discussion moderation.
• Familiarity with VALORANT or similar gaming systems and terminology.
• Experience with survey software such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work remotely outside of the Los Angeles area.
