Job SummaryJoin Exponent Global Consulting as a Research Associate supporting senior consultants by delivering insightful research to drive informed talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive internet-based research to collect and analyze data on various industry sectors and corporate players
- Collaborate effectively with senior consultants to align research outputs with client needs and project objectives
- Diploma with 1-2 years of work experience
- Prior experience in secondary market research preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in research-driven roles
