Data Acquisition Expert (eSource Specialist) (m/w/d) - Homebased In this role you will acquire and analyze EHR/EMR data to integrate with EDC systems, enabling automated data entry for clinical trials. You will work with cross-functional teams to align eCRF forms with integration requirements and ensure readiness for deployment. The position requires deep knowledge of FHIR-based data, EDC platforms, and clinical trial processes, with a focus on delivering seamless data flow and reliable study design support.

This role offers the chance to shape data integration across trials and accelerate study execution, impacting data quality and patient outcomes.

Acquire and analyze EHR/EMR data for EDC integration

Ensure site readiness and study preparedness for integration

Collaborate with study teams to update eCRF forms per integration needs

Analyze migration needs and identify relevant fields and forms

Prepare detailed integration specification documents

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EDC systems, FHIR and EHR data Understand clinical trial processes, standards, and study design

Adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless data flow Minimum 5 years' experience managing data in support of clinical research

Proven experience in data acquisition and integration (EHR/EMR and EDC)
Strong knowledge of EDC and study design

Understanding of clinical trial processes and standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability

Knowledge of study design and clinical research methodologies

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
