Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced cardiovascular medicine researcher with a focus on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and variants of the gene MYBPC
3. Successful applicant will be expected to establish a research program (either independent- or team science-based) and design and develop experiments;including scientific writing, and publishing and presenting results.
Successful applicant will have the opportunity for academic advancement within a mentored research program.
Opportunity for teaching students, lab personnel and fellows in a laboratory setting.
Applicants should hold a PhD and/or MD, and have postdoctoral research experience in the area of cardiovascular medicine, with specific training in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and variants of the gene MYBPC
3. Evidence of scholarly ability (e.g., record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, acquisition of external funding, and presentation experience) is expected.
