At the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT), we are looking for a professional with a background and interest in the health research sector to join our Innovation Unit.
As a Junior Innovation Project Manager
, you will play an essential role in driving the knowledge generated through research and clinical practice towards the development of products and services that improve patients' lives and transform society.
The Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) is a biomedical research and innovation centre aimed at generating value and impact on society, fostering social and economic progress.

What will your day-to-day look like?You will join the Innovation team, where you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the management of innovation projects.
- Conducting technology monitoring and market research.
- Participating in accelerators or innovation programmes.
- Taking part in innovation events and conferences.
- You have a university degree or equivalent.
- You have a good level of Catalan, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.
- You possess strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team.
- Curriculum vitae and suitability for the recommended profile.
- Experience in the field of healthcare innovation.
- Experience in the world of entrepreneurship and/or an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Knowledge of technology monitoring and assessment tools, conducting market studies, business models, and technology transfer processes.
- Experience in participating in project accelerators and knowledge of the local and international ecosystem.
- Organisational skills, teamwork, empathy, communication, rigour, and the ability to take on responsibilities.
- Proficiency in office automation tools and databases.
