• Completion of Human Subject Protection Training within 30 days of hire
• Clinical Research Professional certification or ability to obtain it within one (1) year of hire
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor’s Degree (BD)

• Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision
• Knowledge of statistics and research grant processes
• Willingness to learn about medical manuscripts
• Experience assisting with clinical cancer trial creation
• Familiarity with database and data mining applications
