- Design advanced biochemistry problems across domains like nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, and drug‑target interactions to test AI performance.
- Create rigorous, step‑by‑step technical solutions and “golden responses” that the AI will use as a benchmark for high‑level scientific reasoning.
- Evaluate AI‑generated biochemical pathways, molecular structures, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and adherence to scientific standards.
- Identify logical fallacies in AI reasoning—such as incorrect stoichiometry or misunderstood stereo chemistry—and provide structured feedback to help the model improve its “thinking” process for life‑science tasks.
- Advanced degree:
PhD (completed or in final stages) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field. - Domain expertise:
Strong foundational knowledge in core areas such as structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, or bioinformatics. - Analytical writing:
Ability to communicate highly technical biological and chemical concepts clearly and concisely in written form. - Attention to detail:
High level of precision when checking complex chemical equations, molecular diagrams, and experimental protocols. - No AI experience required.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Experience with computational biochemistry tools (e.g., PyMOL, Alpha Fold, or BLAST).
- Competitive pay and flexible remote work.
- Collaborate with a team working on cutting‑edge AI projects.
- Exposure to advanced LLMs and how they’re trained.
- Freelance perks: autonomy, flexibility, and global collaboration.
- Potential for contract extension.
