Job Summary:
We're hiring an Entry-Level Market Research Analyst to support the execution of custom research studies. You'll assist with survey design, data analysis, reporting, and quality checks—helping transform data into actionable insights for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Help design and write survey questionnaires
Test online surveys for functionality, content accuracy, and logic
Assist with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (SPSS, Excel, etc.)
Support creation of PowerPoint reports with research findings
Work closely with senior team members to draft conclusions and recommendations
Coordinate with external vendors
Help track project timelines and budgets
Participate in compliance tasks (adverse event reporting, documentation)
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience or coursework in market research or healthcare/pharma is a plus
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Familiarity with SPSS or similar tools preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
