Offer Description This project enhances Earth observation data cubes by improving two key processes: imagecoregistration and fuzzy classification. Accurate data cubes require precise spatial alignment and reliableland-cover classification under uncertainty. The project develops a robust coregistration workflow formulti-sensor and multi-temporal imagery and implements fuzzy classification methods to generate softland-cover maps and uncertainty metrics. Both modules are integrated into an analysis-ready data cubeusing open standards.

Methods include feature- and intensity-based alignment, fuzzy c-means, rule-based logic, and validation through case studies on land-use and environmental dynamics. Expectedoutcomes include high-accuracy aligned datasets, a functional fuzzy classification module, and aprototype data cube that improves monitoring, change detection, and geospatial decision-making.
