Role Description
This is a paid Research Intern position with remote working option, however preferred location is in Bengaluru. The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on skincare ingredients, analyzing market trends in the beauty industry, and contributing to defining a roadmap of international markets and new product introduction in the short listed markets. Tasks include collecting and synthesizing research data, creating detailed reports and recommending a roadmap of market expansion.

Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing complex information
Knowledge of or interest in clean beauty, cosmetic formulations, and natural ingredient profiles
Proficiency in data collection, report writing, and documentation tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or related disciplines
Genuine passion for skincare, Ayurveda, and sustainable beauty practices is a strong advantage
Candidate is expected to do research using own personal computer or laptop, particularly if the candidate is based outside Bengaluru
