• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field, with a strong specialization in AI ethics, fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAccT).
• 10+ years of relevant research experience, with a significant portion dedicated to AI ethics or responsible AI.
• Demonstrated track record of impactful research, evidenced by high‑quality publications and citations.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and the technical challenges associated with ethical AI.
• Experience developing and applying ethical frameworks and methodologies to real‑world AI systems.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience guiding research projects or teams.
