The Strategy, Projects & Data Analytics Division (SPDA) seeks to fill four Research Data Analyst II vacancies across three units:
Policy Insight Team, Lean Insight Team, and Enterprise Data Insight Section. The Research Data Analyst II is responsible for:
- Conduct intermediate data analysis to interpret statistics, test research hypotheses, interpret results, and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Design and conduct iterative research projects and assignments, and write clear and concise studies and reports.
- Apply intermediate knowledge and experience using a variety of research, analytical, and statistical methods and techniques for comprehensive research.
- Exert a high degree of independence, initiative, flexibility, and tact in performing duties and may perform other team assignments as required.
- Review, prepare, and organize data and use advanced statistical software to conduct analyses of business process improvement issues, identify insights, and interpret and document findings.
- Perform a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect, prepare, validate, work with, and conduct quality control of structured and unstructured data.

Hybrid position: up to 40% (two days) remote work per week.
