OverviewThis position will allow you to apply your laboratory instrument/chemistry knowledge and technical experience to solve customers’ instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Location:
Home office-based in Central Ohio with regional travel via a company vehicle.
- Travel to client sites in the area to perform on-site service
- Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
- Act as a specialist for all chromatography instruments used in all applications, including lab and process analytical
- BA/BS in chemistry or related STEM studies.
- 2 + years experience working hands-on with analytical instruments or process equipment
- Experience with chromatography (HPLC, GC or IC)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to travel regionally (approx. 50%)
