Research Scientist Chemistry (AI Trainer)
We are looking for a Research Scientist Chemistry (AI Trainer) to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities- Give AI chatbots complex chemistry questions and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail‑oriented.
- Solid knowledge of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
- Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
- Flexibility to choose projects and work on your own schedule.
- Projects paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high‑quality and high‑volume work.
- Payment is made via Pay Pal. Payment will be converted from USD at the current rate.
- Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role.
- This is an independent contract position.
