, you’ll manage research projects end-to-end — from writing screeners and managing fieldwork to data analysis and final client delivery. This is your opportunity to work with a passionate, close-knit team that values creativity, rigour, and fun.

• Develop screeners, discussion guides, and surveys for qualitative and quantitative Research projects.
• Lead day-to-day fieldwork coordination
  , liaising with partners and keeping clients informed throughout.
• Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  , turning insights into compelling narratives.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint reports
  , ensuring findings are easy to digest and visually appealing.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations
  , both virtually and in person (with occasional travel opportunities).
• Manage research projects from start to finish
  , ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Support business development through proposal writing and research planning
  .

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in market research, ideally with a healthcare focus.
• Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  .
• Proven track record of end-to-end project management
  .
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.
