Property Manager

Overview

Modern Nomads Group is expanding, and we are looking for a highly structured, detail-driven Remote Property Manager to support our growing portfolio. If you live and breathe property management, love spreadsheets, respond fast, and operate with discipline — this role is for you.

This is not a casual VA role. We are looking for a true property professional who understands compliance, tenant communication, reporting, and systems.

• Manage residential property portfolio remotely
• Handle tenant communications (email, phone, messaging platforms)
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractors
• Monitor rental payments, arrears, and lease renewals
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Update and manage records in Property Me
• Track data, expenses, and property performance in spreadsheets
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and processes
• Maintain structured communication with landlords and internal team

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (real estate / residential portfolio)
• Strong knowledge of Property Me software
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
• Fast response time and strong communication skills
• Must stay in front of laptop during working hours
• Willing to use remote talent monitoring systems (time tracking & productivity tools)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Stable internet connection and professional home working setup

IDR 7,000,000 - 8,000,000 per month

(Depending on experience and Property Me proficiency)
