Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Louisville, KY, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling property showings, negotiating transactions, preparing contracts, and addressing client inquiries. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stay informed about local market trends and conditions to provide expert guidance and advice.
Qualifications- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and knowledge of Real Property laws
- Strong skills in Sales and a proven ability to close deals
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in technology and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in the Louisville real estate market is beneficial but not required
