Role Description

This is a contract role for a Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Advantage Gold Newtown Square. The agent may assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating business for property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is a contractor role based in Newtown Square, PA, allowing for both on-site and remote work flexibility.

Additional state licenses are a plus

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required to practice and perform job responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding real estate market trends and best practices.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain positive client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to successfully guide clients through property transactions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the Delaware, Chester and Montgomery County real estate markets is a plus.
