The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing operational oversight with strategic leasing support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively with the central operations team.

The team portfolio consists of about 260 units across five multi-unit properties and is a growing portfolio.
