Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Assistant, primarily conducted remotely from home when performing computer-based tasks. However, the role requires regular in-person availability approximately every other day to carry out essential field responsibilities. These include collecting and managing property mail, conducting property walkthroughs, receiving properties from tenants, and performing on-site inspections for mortgage loans or real estate purchases.

Additional responsibilities include providing administrative and organizational support to manage real estate transactions, assisting with client communications, and maintaining property management records. The role also involves supporting real estate development projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates must be comfortable balancing remote office work with frequent local fieldwork. Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of Real Estate processes, with experience in property management or real estate development preferred
  • Organizational Skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Administrative Assistance skills such as schedule coordination, record management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with relevant real estate or productivity software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous
