Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role of Real Estate Broker is based in the Greater Orlando area with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, including acquisitions, leases, subleases, and dispositions, in the commercial real estate market.

Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiating transactions, and providing expert guidance on real estate opportunities. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed of market trends, and striving to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, including expertise in property transactions and market analysis
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • Knowledge of Real Property and the ability to navigate leasing, acquisitions, and property management processes
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Current and active real estate broker's license in the state of Florida
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus
