Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate real-world real estate expertise into AI training workflows.
• Review, annotate, and improve property listings and related legal documentation to enhance AI understanding.
• Advise on buyer and seller representation, property matching, and transaction processes within AI training modules.
• Share best practices for effective client communication, persuasion, and negotiation strategies.
• Simulate real-world real estate scenarios and conversational interactions to support AI learning.
• Validate the relevance, accuracy, and practicality of AI-generated real estate content.
• Participate in feedback cycles to ensure AI outputs align with authentic real estate workflows.

• Strong professional background in residential or commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze property listings, conduct client consultations, and support transaction negotiations.
• Familiarity with reviewing contracts, disclosures, and sales documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Comfort working with technology and contributing to AI-driven initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
