This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Salesperson at Kairos Realty. The selected candidate will work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, guide them through the buying, selling, or investing process, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role includes marketing properties, arranging property showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of local real estate markets.

The salesperson will collaborate with the Kairos Realty team to achieve and exceed sales goals while upholding our values of integrity and service excellence.

• Active Real Estate License in Texas or Louisiana and strong understanding of local Real Estate and Real Property regulations
• Proven experience in Sales and Real Estate, with a track record of closing deals and meeting goals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote setting
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in Texas or Louisiana is a plus
• Access to reliable transportation and up-to-date technology tools to facilitate remote work
