This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bainbridge Island, WA, allowing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work. As a Real Estate Broker, you will manage client relationships, assist in buying and selling properties, and provide professional real estate advice. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, performing market analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members and fostering client trust will be key components of this role.

• Expertise in Brokerage, Real Estate, and knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively engage and support clients
• Licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in market analysis and familiarity with real estate industry trends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in high-end residential real estate is a plus
