Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a REALTOR/MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) at Buyer First Real Estate & Lending. As a REALTOR/MLO, you will manage the home-buying process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and advocating for buyers in real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include facilitating property showings, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients with mortgage loan options, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the home-buying process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and advocating for buyers in real estate transactions.
  • Facilitate property showings and coordinate with clients and listing agents.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to align with client needs and expectations.
  • Assist clients with mortgage loan options and financing decisions.
  • Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure a smooth closing.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate practices
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales, with experience conducting property showings and closing deals
  • Knowledge of Real Property principles and legal guidelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with technology and virtual collaboration tools to support a remote work environment
  • Previous experience in residential real estate and/or mortgage lending is highly desirable
  • Commitment to maintaining integrity and delivering outstanding client experiences
