This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to facilitate property transactions, including showings, negotiations, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include building relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, analyzing property market trends, and providing strategic guidance for property acquisitions and sales. The agent will also maintain a professional knowledge of real estate laws and ensure compliance throughout the buying and selling process.

• Active Real Estate License to practice within the state of Florida
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate processes
• Knowledge of Real Property and South Florida's real estate market dynamics
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with investment properties and familiarity with financial analysis is a plus
