This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Tax Consultant based in Southlake, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Tax Consultant will be responsible for property tax assessment reviews, valuation analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting of real and personal property. Daily responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing and submitting appeals, and providing recommendations to optimize property tax liabilities. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients will be essential.

• Experience and knowledge in Property Tax and Personal Property assessment are essential.
• Strong skills and familiarity in Valuation and understanding of tax-related processes.
• Analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed evaluations of property assets.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-related software and data analysis tools.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate or property appraisal is a plus.
