ECommerce Lead Management Coordinator

Overview

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, established in 1973, is the largest full-service residential real estate company in the Triangle area.

This is a part-time, work-from-home and office role based in Raleigh, NC, for an eCommerce Lead Management Coordinator

• Manage daily intake and assignment of all eCommerce Internet leads in Follow Up Boss
• Monitor agent activity, lead stages, and response times within FUB
• Enforce required workflows, automations, and follow-up standards
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for agents regarding eCommerce leads
• Escalate non-compliance or performance issues to leadership
• Maintain clean, accurate lead data and recommend process improvements

• Experience with the internet, referrals, or transaction coordination.
• 2+ years of administrative, real estate, relocation, or customer service experience (real estate industry experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems, specifically Follow Up Boss
• Proficiency in Data Analytics/Reporting
• Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong problem-solving skills

• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of real estate compliance and transaction processes

This role is critical to ensuring eCommerce Internet leads are maximized, agents remain

accountable, and the client experience remains consistent and high-quality with high conversion
