This is a contract hybrid role for a Buyers Real Estate Agent based in Chattanooga, TN, with opportunities for some remote work. The role involves assisting clients with purchasing real estate properties, conducting property searches, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts. The agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and guide them through the home-buying process.

Additional responsibilities include networking, following up on leads, and staying updated on market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and familiarity with Real Property regulations
• Experience in Sales and ability to close transactions effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the Chattanooga, TN real estate market and surrounding areas
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Prior experience in luxury real estate or working with international buyers is beneficial
