Position: Tenant Coordinator (Remote)
Location: Columbia

* At least 2-3 years of commercial, third-party property management experience, working with multiple tenants and sub-tenants.
* Knowledge of commercial real estate norms and best practices, especially in leasing and subleasing.
* Strong financial acumen and familiarity with issue management, risk management, and reporting.
* Ability to interpret and analyze contracts and financial statements.
* Proficiency with commercial real estate software, Costar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
