ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Anderson Smith Signature Realty LLC, based in Ocala, FL. While the role requires local presence for showings, client meetings, and networking, it also offers the flexibility to work from home for administrative and remote tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and building homes, conducting property showings, generating leads, preparing contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends to provide clients with informed guidance throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License, demonstrating compliance with state regulations
- Proficiency in real estate processes, such as property transactions, market analysis, and contract preparation
- Strong skills in customer service and a client-first approach to foster positive relationships
- Some experience in sales and ability to develop effective strategies for closing deals
- Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with the Central Florida real estate market is a plus
